Hiring felt more considered when skill based matching connected candidates with roles that suited them, giving us real direction. The shared process made candidate progress easier for hiring managers and recruiters to follow clearly. For our nonprofit, bringing requisitions and candidate progress together supported a more joined up recruiting and onboarding journey, which felt sensible in practice.
