Review of Egencia Suite
Travel planning felt more joined up, and I could see the value for staff who needed clear guidance without extra fuss. Booking and policy enforcement seemed to bring a useful shape to the work, while visibility over travel spend and traveller safety gave me a more hopeful sense that our small team could support people consistently, even when plans changed and colleagues needed a straightforward way to arrange business travel.
I would still have liked clearer detail on how it fits with existing systems and how easily travel information can be exported, since that matters when administration is shared across a small nonprofit, though the overall direction felt thoughtful and I could see it helping colleagues arrange travel with more confidence.
Review of Cornerstone Recruiting
Hiring felt more considered when skill based matching connected candidates with roles that suited them, giving us real direction. The shared process made candidate progress easier for hiring managers and recruiters to follow clearly. For our nonprofit, bringing requisitions and candidate progress together supported a more joined up recruiting and onboarding journey, which felt sensible in practice. I did still wonder how it connected with our other systems.
That mattered because candidate information needs to move between our existing tools smoothly. I could see the value for daily hiring, but clearer detail on connections beyond the suite would have helped me understand how it fitted our existing routines.
