Silvertrac Software does a good job of turning guard tours and incident reporting into something supervisors can actually follow in real time. The checkpoint scanning, mobile reporting, and automated reports are the main reasons it stands out. It is especially helpful when you need a clearer audit trail than paper checklists can give you. My main caution is that teams will need to spend a little time getting comfortable with the workflow and training the people who use it every day. Once that is in place, it is a practical system for security teams that need visibility, accountability, and cleaner reporting across multiple sites.
