Review of Preferred Patron Loyalty
Our first branch incentive campaign is where the promise starts to make sense, because I can tie recognition to visits and let the branded program send incentives automatically, giving our service desk a straightforward result to support; lining up the customer facing route with the wider rollout still takes more thought than the polished idea suggests.
On our pilot, choosing between web access, a kiosk, a mobile app, or a POS connection means I am checking how each location will actually use it before calling implementation finished, and the digital rewards catalog plus email or SMS tools help, while the whole handoff feels only partly self running for a small IT team.
Review of ClickUp
A useful change for handovers! During rollout, we set statuses and views around support requests, which took more thought than our team expected at first. Once configured, an assigned comment can turn a discussion into a task, making follow-up clearer across the support queue during busy shift handovers. That part feels genuinely useful. I still want setup to be simpler before rolling it out more widely here.
For our team, reliability matters once several people update work together. The structure helps, though setup needs careful attention initially.
