Review of ZiiZii Order Entry

One of the more practical ways to manage order entry

For order entry, this is one of the more workable options I have reviewed, with ERP connection and quick access to order history making the day to day handoff feel less brittle for sales teams. Mobile and web access, plus support for legacy hardware, help the workflow fit a mixed setup; credits, returns, labels, and receipts are covered without turning the review into a hunt.

The budget still deserves scrutiny, and I would want clearer support expectations before rollout, but the operational fit is strong enough that I would keep it on the shortlist for now.

Review of AssetTiger

A shared asset view helps during site prep

Friday's equipment handoff was moving across two properties, and I needed a quick count of assigned tools. The cloud based records kept those details within reach on my phone. That access fits coordination work well, and a customizable interface makes asset information easy to scan without special hardware or a dedicated terminal.

The free tier is useful in this budget review, with room for up to 250 assets. Once our list grows beyond that ceiling, I would need clearer cost detail before treating the fit as settled. Still, the accessible setup makes tracking across worksites manageable.

Review of Microsoft Project

A Capable Planning Suite For Busy Teams

Project work stays visible, with detailed schedules, dependencies, Gantt charts, and dashboards helping teams track progress across active project work. Resource and budget tracking, portfolio views, and custom reporting give coordinators useful control, while links with Teams, SharePoint, and Excel can keep updates close to existing familiar routines.

Still, the breadth can feel heavy when a team only needs a straightforward way to coordinate smaller projects. Planning depth is valuable, but the budget case must justify that breadth, and configuring schedules, resources, reporting, and portfolio oversight can take more effort than a lean workflow warrants.
