Review of QuestionPro
Store team feedback was due for planning, and QuestionPro helped me put a survey together quickly with a template. I liked seeing employee engagement included alongside customer experience and market research. That breadth gave our discussion a firmer starting point than loose notes.
Still, I needed a clear path from survey results into our existing reporting. Integration and export details matter before I can make it routine.
Question types and customisable themes made the survey feel considered. ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance gave our review useful reassurance. I finished optimistic, with those workflow details to confirm.
Review of GiveGab
I chose GiveGab for its focus on Giving Days and year-round fundraising—both fit our development work. Being part of EveryAction also felt reassuring. The platform sounded purpose-built for cause-based organisations, not a generic campaign tool. Customer feedback shaping product development was a welcome sign—practical, and hopeful. I liked that.
I still needed clearer answers on integrations, admin controls, and data exports before making it central. Those details matter in a fundraising operation.
I saw real potential for our campaigns. GiveGab seemed easy to adopt. I'd have moved ahead with more confidence if those operational details had been clearer.
