The best sign was that one nurse who usually hates every system stopped texting me screenshots by the second visit, which sounds silly but it meant the charting flow made enough sense in the field and the office was not constantly chasing missing notes, so yeah, it still has a few screens that feel heavier than they need to, but adoption went better than I expected and that matters more than a perfect demo, and I would still budget training time for new hires because confident users matter.
