Workable is solid if your hiring process is already reasonably structured. The pipeline view is clear, job posting is faster than doing it by hand, and hiring managers can leave feedback without needing much coaching. I would still map your stages first. Small teams can outgrow messy habits quickly here. The sourcing tools are useful, but workflow fit matters more than the feature list. My only hesitation is cost pressure once more people need access. Good system. Not magic.
