Review of NICE CXone
The contact-center platform helped most during queue review, not during the flashy demo stuff. I could see why calls were backing up before the complaints reached me, which is a small difference in timing but it changes the whole conversation with the team.
Setup was not exactly light. I had to over-check routing rules because one wrong choice sends people to the wrong place, I guess that is normal for this kind of system every time on busy Mondays.
Review of Workable
Workable is solid if your hiring process is already reasonably structured. The pipeline view is clear, job posting is faster than doing it by hand, and hiring managers can leave feedback without needing much coaching. I would still map your stages first. Small teams can outgrow messy habits quickly here. The sourcing tools are useful, but workflow fit matters more than the feature list. My only hesitation is cost pressure once more people need access. Good system. Not magic.
