I was ready to hate another employee scheduling app, because somehow "simple scheduling" usually turns into five managers texting screenshots at midnight. When I Work is better than that. The schedule, time clock, and employee communication being on phones makes hourly coverage easier to manage, especially when shifts change and nobody wants to dig through email. *Very* useful. It is still not a magic wand for messy permissions or sloppy rollout, so set roles before everyone piles in. But for day-to-day scheduling and time tracking, yeah, it cuts down the noise a lot too.
