Campaign work finally felt connected

I liked having email, texts, push messages, and chat flows closer together. It made campaigns feel less like separate little islands.

The editor was easy, easy enough that I was not waiting on design for every small update. Reports gave us a sense of what worked, without turning the whole week into spreadsheet archaeology.
