Useful once the process is nailed down
I like the centralised setup more than I expected, even though it also made me nervous at first, because Cloudbeds puts reservations, channel management, booking engine work, payments, and rate-related tasks into one place, which is reassuring and slightly stressful at the same time; the main benefit is fewer manual updates and fewer side conversations at the desk, while the main risk is that a property with loose procedures will just move those loose procedures into a bigger system, so I would not roll it out casually, honestly, but for a vacation rental or small lodging team that needs one login and cleaner handoffs, it is a strong option if the channel coverage and payment workflow match how the property already works.
