Useful for Guest Loyalty, With Rollout to Consider

RepeatRewards came up in our Friday operations meeting, when we were looking at how to recognise the regulars who keep a local restaurant busy and give managers a straightforward way to encourage another visit; the customer database and rewards for frequent buyers fit that conversation well, and the options to reach people by email, direct mail, or a mobile app give the team room to shape campaigns around different guests.

The part that needs more thought is adoption at the front line: a loyalty programme only helps if staff understand what guests are being offered and can explain it naturally during a busy service. I would plan a short, practical training session before asking several managers to use the customer records or launch targeted outreach, since the platform gives us several channels and optional additions such as referrals and surveys.

POS connections are another useful part of the proposition, since syncing loyalty activity with transaction data could keep the work closer to normal operations, though I would want managers comfortable with the routine before calling it easy to roll out across a large hospitality group.
