Review of TaxAct Business
The guided interview makes business return preparation feel manageable for an office. I am finding the plain language steps easy to follow through the filing. It imports financial data and calculates figures, which is saving time and reducing manual entry. The deduction prompts help me check business claims while I prepare the return.
Still, getting started takes a little patience, as the questions expect you to know business structure and records. Filing electronically or printing a paper return feels simple and clear in practice.
Review of Microsoft SharePoint
Getting new starters comfortable takes more explaining than the tidy pages suggest, which is irritating when the aim is simply to find the right document. Once people are using it, shared files, intranet pages and familiar Word and Teams connections make information easier to organise and access across devices, though reporting still takes patient digging. That helps, eventually.
I keep it, but onboarding and team adoption need more attention than the polished setup implies.
