Easy to introduce

I am comfortable moving a team toward this, because the browser based workspace looks clean and the automated preparation seems likely to reduce repetitive work, but ease of use is still the deciding point for me; attorneys need to move through cases confidently, and a polished screen alone does not remove training needs.

That should help with staff confidence, eventually. Still, I would want the people handling Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters involved early, since calculations and court rules carry real consequences; customization is useful, yet buy in will depend on practical guidance, not simply the promise of fewer administrative steps.

For a cautious buyer, the clear design and browser access make adoption appealing, while proper onboarding remains the piece I would assess closely.

Automation Keeps Customer Journeys Within Reach Across Teams

Having customer journeys, email marketing, automation and CRM together is appealing when I am trying to keep sales work moving, and the ready made recipes give my team somewhere sensible to begin; still, a system with this much depth is not instantly easy to navigate, and I am watching how much guidance people need before they can build confidently.

The concern is less whether it can support detailed journeys than whether every account manager and stakeholder can follow the setup without a training session becoming the project.

It brings structure to work that can otherwise sprawl across teams, and the broad connections suggest it can sit alongside tools we already rely on, which matters when I need buy in from finance and sales before asking people to change familiar routines. The learning curve is real. I am seeing promise, with enough complexity to keep my approval cautious.
