Review of VendorPM
During site planning, quote comparison is straightforward. I can source qualified vendors, request bids, and compare options without much back and forth. Compliance details stay visible too. Head office has spending oversight.
Cost pressure remains a concern for our teams. The value needs to justify the spend.
Service planning, vendor requirements, and a central view of relationships and spending fit our property workflow, though support quality will matter as adoption grows. I see practical value here.
Review of Oracle PeopleSoft
When capital planning comes around, lifecycle visibility matters. It keeps financials in view. Maintenance stays connected. Contracts and depreciation are tracked across dispersed assets. The links with finance and supply chain are useful (especially for reporting). Reporting feels more unified. Procurement and customer service can draw on shared asset data. That supports compliance and planning. The cost case still needs scrutiny.
No major gaps currently.
