Review of UXCam
Cost is the part that gives me pause, because in an education product team every tool has to earn its place in the working routine, and this one is most useful when we are moving from broad app activity to the small interactions that explain where people are struggling; seeing those behaviors makes usability questions more concrete than page visits alone, which is a good fit for research, but the value depends on whether the team can turn that detail into decisions without adding another layer of interpretation to an already crowded workflow.
I am finding the behavioral depth useful, though I would want clearer confidence in ongoing value and support before treating it as an easy budget decision.
