Review of StoreKit
The click and collect launch review is sitting open, with the staff handoff still taking longer to settle than I expected.
The customer side is straightforward, which matters in a busy service setting, and the choice of delivery, click and collect, or in store ordering gives the venue room to shape a sensible launch; the backend is meant to be easy for staff to manage, though I am spending more review time than expected working out how to make the handoff clear for the people who will use it, and I want that settled before sign off, especially in a compliance role where ambiguity always comes back around. For a small launch, the customer ordering experience already feels simple enough to explain without a long briefing, and I can explain the value to stakeholders without dressing it up, a useful quality in a rollout review.
Still, it earns my confidence.
