Cleaner contact records are a real help in operations, and having options to run matching, verification and enrichment through a cloud API or behind web forms gives us a practical way to improve data as it enters the workflow.
Still, the deployment choices leave me needing to work through what fits each process; that is more admin thinking than I want when implementation is already moving. The flexibility is useful, but I need a clearer path from setup to routine use.

The connected booking flow looks useful, especially when service gets busy. Still, I need confidence that guest and payment information moves cleanly between the tools we already rely on, because duplicate admin quickly eats the time this is meant to save.
The direct booking focus is a real positive. I would like more visibility over admin controls and straightforward exports before I move the team across; the idea feels sound, but setup needs to stay manageable once daily changes start landing.
