Practical, with rollout homework

ManagerPlus is practical. Not charming, but practical. The pieces that matter for maintenance work are there: work orders, preventive schedules, asset history, mobile inspections, and alerts when something is due or inventory is low. I liked the spreadsheet import more than expected because it gives you a path out of the old tracking mess without turning setup into a six-month project. Training still matters. If supervisors do not agree on naming, permissions, and what counts as a completed inspection, the system will faithfully preserve that confusion. Reporting is useful once the data is clean. Less useful before that. For a hospitality operation where downtime gets expensive quickly, I would use it, but I would budget time for rollout and a few uncomfortable process decisions up front. Four stars because it works, with homework.
