Review of Dayforce HCM
The HR system made my schedule checks less painful, which is about the highest praise I can give during a payroll week. I am still the person who gets asked why a shift looks wrong, but now I can usually answer without opening three tabs and guessing which one is newest. That saved me a few awkward hallway conversations, and honestly that is a win.
It is not a warm and fuzzy tool. Some screens feel like they were designed by someone who loves rules more than people. But the data lines up better than our old process, managers trust the totals more, and I spend less time explaining the same correction twice. Still annoying some mornings. Still a little too many clicks when I am tired before lunch too. Just less annoying, and that counts.
