Review of Sprout Social
During a busy campaign, having messages and comments together made it much easier for our team to keep conversations moving. Assignments, tags, internal notes, and approval steps gave colleagues a clear way to coordinate, though new teammates needed some guidance at first.
I liked having the workflow in one place. The setup felt approachable once people understood how messages could be assigned and reviewed, and that small learning curve was worth it for smoother handoffs and more confident stakeholder buy-in across our team.
Review of Buffer
When our nonprofit’s campaign calendar filled with posts from several teams, I moved our planning into one dashboard. Seeing what was scheduled across networks made it easier to keep the message consistent, and I could check the analytics after each campaign. That felt like a real improvement.
Getting colleagues comfortable took more effort than I expected—occasional contributors needed several walkthroughs to understand the shared schedule. I also spent time checking that posts were ready before I scheduled them. Once the team found its rhythm, publishing felt much easier to manage. I’d gladly use it again.
