When we are getting people started, having member involvement, contribution entry, small groups and giving trends together gives staff a useful view of church activity, while congregants can handle statements and event schedules themselves.
I like that shared setup, though onboarding still asks staff to bring people along, and I would welcome a clearer view of giving trends for everyday decisions (we are not all looking at giving the same way), but it feels like a sensible step towards better participation.

The move into one connected system feels worthwhile for our warehouse work. Orders, inventory, shipping and invoicing sit together, and the inventory experts help us get oriented without making the change feel like a big technical project.
The main work is getting everyone comfortable with the new routine, and reporting still needs attention on our side, but having the core inventory work connected is making the operation easier to follow.
