Useful, but the clinic flow still felt heavy

I wanted this clinical system to make the day feel smoother, and parts of it did, especially having records, billing, and patient tasks closer together!!! But I still felt like staff needed more hand-holding than expected. Maybe that is our setup, I guess, but the learning curve was real. Good foundation, not effortless.
