Solid estimating... A slower start

I would keep it in consideration for estimating work, because the on screen takeoff and the material and labour calculations seem useful for pipe, fitting, valve, and assembly jobs, though getting a team comfortable with a broad database of products, pricing, and labour information looks like the part that could slow a small office down at the start.

That is a real hurdle when people are trying to get estimates out on time, and I would want the online training to make those first jobs feel straightforward instead of leaving everyone to puzzle through the setup alone. Still, the available support and regular updates give me some confidence that the system can settle into the work, and the estimating focus seems practical once the team has found its footing and built a dependable routine.

The Password Manager Sales Teams Can Actually Use

When we were setting up password management, I wanted the team moving quickly. The basics felt straightforward. People could save and fill passwords with little fuss. It also generated strong, unique credentials for the websites and applications staff used, so there was less need to remember every login or reuse a familiar password when work got busy. That helped take some friction out of everyday access. For a small sales team, that is useful. The first setup still asked for more attention than I hoped, and I wanted clearer guidance about who could access what. I kept checking.

Once people were using it, storing and filling credentials felt dependable, and it supported the kind of secure routine I wanted without getting in the way. I would keep it in the mix.
