Review of Certero for SaaS
At month end, the cost dashboard helped me spot unused subscriptions. Seeing several major services together was useful, though I wanted clearer detail on integrations. It gave me a practical starting point for checking SaaS spend.
Having that view within a wider asset management platform seemed useful, but I still needed clearer information about exports for routine administration. That would help with reporting.
Review of Mindbody
Bringing bookings, staff, payments and schedules together made daily admin easier, and the branded app seemed useful for clients.
I couldn't tell how it would fit our existing accounting and expense workflows, though, so the setup still felt like a partial answer for an implementation owner.
