Review of Cloudflare
When I am checking how a property site is protected, having traffic pass through a service built around security and speed is reassuring; the CDN, DNS, firewall, and DDoS coverage make the setup feel like a serious layer between visitors and our infrastructure, rather than another project board with a security label stuck on it.
My hesitation is practical: I need to understand how it fits beside the systems already in place, who can change protections, and how we can get our data back out; those questions matter more in a small IT shop than another impressive edge diagram.
Still, the combination of protection and faster delivery is easy to justify for a public facing property site, and I would keep evaluating the operational fit before calling it done.
