Great tool to keep meetings organized

Meeting coordination is considerably more settled when colleagues and external contacts can choose from current availability themselves, and the booking then appears in both calendars, which removes much of the back-and-forth that otherwise lands with day-to-day administration; the team scheduling and routing options also make it more promising for a finance environment where requests need to reach the right people without another round of email.

I would still want implementation to be straightforward before relying on it for recurring meetings, since availability depends on connected calendars and the administrative controls need to be understood by whoever manages access; those are sensible considerations rather than reasons to avoid it, but I would prefer a clear ownership arrangement and a small amount of checking so booking links stay dependable as teams and responsibilities change.

Keep the Work in View

I like being able to start with a familiar grid and then turn the same information into a calendar, board or gallery when the work calls for it; linked records and attachments make it feel more like a working system than another spreadsheet everyone is resenting.

In a finance office, I care less about the cleverness than whether the right people can use a view with confidence, and before adding sensitive records I would want a clear sense of who can see what. Building a useful base takes thought before it feels dependable, and automated workflows are reassuring only once their logic is clear; I am not handing over trust on the strength of a tidy interface. Still, for coordinating CRM details and recurring administrative work, its flexibility earns its keep, and I can see why teams shape it around their routines. Four stars, with room to make setup feel less like a small project.

A flexible workspace lets us coordinate work with less chasing

We’re using a configurable workspace to coordinate projects and day-to-day administration across our team. As an executive assistant in finance, I need clear visibility, dependable updates, and sensible control over who can see or change each area of work. The visual boards make progress easy to follow, and templates help us get started without building everything from scratch. Automations, time tracking, dashboards, and integrations give us useful ways to reduce repetitive follow-up and keep information together, while the flexibility suits different workflows; implementation still takes considered setup, though, because boards need thoughtful configuration, and I pay close attention to access settings and the consistency of updates as more colleagues begin relying on shared work. It is useful, and broadly encouraging, although the initial organization takes more attention than I would prefer.

I would welcome simpler setup as the workspace grows across teams.

A useful improvement once channel habits are clear

Routine coordination is feeling more orderly when I’m arranging a brief for colleagues across finance and keeping timing visible in one place. I can see who is responding and follow up without another round of emails. For an executive assistant supporting a busy diary, that reduction in chasing is useful, and the familiar layout is helping people get started without much explanation. It is not transformative, but the day feels less fragmented.

The main effort is agreeing how we use channels before work gathers pace. When teams name or use them differently, a request can be harder to find, and a new colleague may not know where a decision belongs. We are setting simple conventions for routine updates and keeping sensitive finance conversations appropriately scoped. That housekeeping is manageable and worthwhile, though it takes attention to maintain. Overall, this is a dependable improvement for everyday coordination, with room to make onboarding clearer.

Personal replies stay clear through team handoffs

I chose this for our support correspondence because, in a finance organisation where an enquiry may pass between several colleagues, the person writing to us should still receive one clear, considerate reply rather than feel passed around. The email-like conversation is serving that purpose well: I am finding it straightforward to pick up a colleague’s thread and keep the wording personal (particularly when the next reply needs to explain a delay or a decision). Getting started has called for some care in agreeing who is responsible for each response and who ought to have access, but that feels like sensible housekeeping for our team; once those expectations are clear, I am finding the handoffs dependable, and I appreciate that the conversation continues to read like a human exchange even when more than one person has helped prepare the answer.
