Review of Wattics
Wattics takes more orientation than I expect for a platform meant to turn complex energy data into useful business intelligence, and our team needs time to understand how its approach to energy management fits the reporting work already in front of us. Still, the foundations are strong.
The onboarding feels slower than the value suggests. Wattics brings analytics, benchmarking and sustainability reporting together, but the value of those tools depends on people feeling confident with the information; while colleagues are still learning the platform, I find it harder to get consistent use and to trust that our view of energy performance is being read the same way across the team.
Once the team is comfortable, the combination of energy data, benchmarking and reporting should make it easier to see where performance is moving and support the sustainability work we need to explain (a useful outcome for managers), though I would like the first steps to feel more guided so adoption does not depend on a few people doing the extra interpretation.
