CRIO ONLINE is easy to learn. Horse details stay in one place. Breeding, training and boarding are covered. That breadth helps when onboarding staff. The free trial gives time to assess the setup. Support is a clear strength. The developer team is open to extending capabilities. That is reassuring (and practical). But I would check reporting before wider team adoption.
Starting with a few staff seems sensible. It looks useful for keeping barn operations organised.
