Job work is easier to coordinate when scheduling, customer details, and invoicing stay together in one cloud based tool, which fits our daily workflow.
Still, with a tight budget, the cost needs to justify itself (I am watching that closely).
Team coordination and progress tracking help, though I am not sure every crew will find the workflow simple.
Review of Google Keep
I keep using it for grant notes because quick capture fits our application work, and syncing keeps my notes close. Still, I need its simple workflow to justify adding another tool.
For rough planning, it works, though I need more than notes for finance tasks.
