Review of LMS365
I would choose this for a hospitality team already working in Microsoft 365, because putting learning inside the daily environment gives an implementation owner a clear adoption path and keeps training close to the work people already do.
The native fit with Teams, SharePoint and Outlook is the reason I am positive about the rollout — staff can reach learning where their normal work happens, rather than being asked to adopt a separate destination, and that should reduce disruption while we bring the programme into use.
I still want clear ownership and permission boundaries before launch; with that kept in view, the familiar workplace setting makes adoption feel achievable across our managers and frontline teams from day one.
