Guest follow up feels surprisingly personal. Pretty helpful.
The workflows and ministry subaccounts make follow up feel manageable, though I am still thinking through how texting fits beside the tools our team already uses, so planning the full setup takes a little thought. That part feels less settled, even while conversations work well today.
