I liked using the editing tools for work images because the automatic adjustments gave me a quicker starting point, and the drag and drop approach was straightforward. I also appreciated colour recovery and sky adjustments, with RAW processing available when photos needed more care.
What bothered me was fitting finished edits into my wider workflow, as I could not tell how the handover to other tools would work. I wanted clearer guidance for moving images between applications, and that left another small admin job for me. The editing stayed useful, though the wider process felt less joined up than I expected.
It made improving photos simpler, but the surrounding workflow still needed attention from my side.

During a busy appointment run, I found the online booking easy to put in front of clients through our website, Facebook page and Instagram profile, so people could arrange a visit while we kept the day moving. Automatic confirmations and reminders eased some of the follow up, and access from any internet connected device suited the times I was coordinating away from my desk, although I was left wanting a clearer picture of how those booking routes fitted with the rest of our operation and its records.
That made the setup useful, but I would have liked more confidence around the handover into our daily admin work records.
