There is strong potential. Handling complex events across live, virtual, and streamed delivery, with broad distribution and discovery channels, gives a small education team more useful reach, though I still need confidence the spend fits our workflows.
Support still matters. That matters to me. I would want confidence in support quality, even though the platform’s scale and discovery options look valuable; I need a practical workflow fit before defending the budget for our small team.
