Review of Cloverleaf
Cloverleaf is helping me bring personality and skills assessment results into one place, which makes onboarding conversations feel more grounded and gives me a clearer way to talk through how a new hire may fit with the team they are joining. I like being able to compare profiles across people and teams, because it gives our specialists something more useful than a standalone assessment when we are supporting hiring decisions or helping employees understand how their working styles can complement each other.
The part I keep weighing is whether this breadth earns its place in a smaller team's budget, since not every onboarding conversation needs this much assessment context; still, when we are working through team fit, having the profiles together is making the discussion more practical, and I can see the benefit carrying into development as well. That matters.
