Review of iLobby
Getting our front desk and security team comfortable with visitor check in was less of a lift than I expected, and having an alert ready when a flagged person tries to enter gives us a useful heads up before a busy property day gets sideways.
The first setup still asks for careful attention from whoever owns the lobby, especially when deciding which employees should receive emergency messages, and I found myself revisiting that choice after we'd already started using it, though maybe I was being too cautious.
For a team that needs a clear view of who can be reached quickly, the option to send notices by text, email, or digital signage is practical, and targeted groups help keep a building wide issue from becoming noise for everyone; I still want a simpler way to explain the setup to rotating staff, but it is earning its place in our routine.
