The visual schedule and team app are making weekly coverage easier to manage, with shifts copied forward and availability handled in one place, which helps our hourly planning feel more orderly, though the budget case still rests on whether the time saved in scheduling and reviewing timesheets for payroll export is worth adding a dedicated tool. That balance seems reasonable.
The workflow feels clear. I am still watching whether the ongoing cost fits the value we are getting.
