Review of TeamGantt

Clear gantt planning, but it still takes setup

TeamGantt is strong when you need a visual project plan that people can actually follow. The Gantt layout is easy to read, task updates are clear, and the collaboration pieces keep project notes in one place instead of scattered across email. I like the way it helps make dependencies visible. That said, it still asks for some upfront discipline, especially if your team is used to a lighter workflow. It is a good fit for teams that care about timeline planning and stakeholder visibility. For that use case, it is a dependable tool, just not the kind you can throw at every kind of project without some process around it.
