Review of Mountain Stream Bakery Software
Having orders, customer pricing, invoicing and production records in one system gives the bakery operation a clearer handoff, and the route and delivery information is useful once work is moving. The catch is that a system covering standing orders, customer and item pricing, receivables, recipe costing, traceability, stock, purchasing and delivery has a lot to set up before the central view earns its keep, and that breadth makes implementation feel like real work rather than a tidy switch; I would want the permission model clear early, since bringing customer, finance and production records together raises ordinary questions about who should see what, and the product summary does not answer them.
Still, the combination of QuickBooks or Xero links, gross profit reporting, inventory control and live delivery proof has obvious value for a wholesale bakery, and once the setup is behind the team, this looks like a capable working system, just one that asks for attention before it starts simplifying the day.
