Review of Kanbanize
During our quarterly planning review, I am bringing team boards and portfolio views together, and the cross team dependency map is making handoffs and bottlenecks easier to discuss with leadership.
The analytics give me a clearer basis for choosing improvement work, and I am still checking how Kanbanize fits with the other tools our small team already uses.
Customisable automation rules look useful for repeatable workflows, and the visibility across team and portfolio boards helps; I would still want confidence about integrations, admin controls, and data exports before expanding use.
