Getting the team started takes patience. DELMIAworks brings production, inventory, finance, and customer work into one place, which is appealing when I am trying to understand how a manufacturer can respond to changes without losing sight of the wider operation.
The overall setup feels substantial. With lean and agile methods built into a broad ERP, there is a lot for a small team to absorb, and I would want onboarding to make the connections clear before people rely on live information across the business; otherwise, adoption may be uneven while everyone is learning how the pieces fit together.
I like the promise of synchronized data and less waste, but clearer early guidance would make this easier to recommend.
