Simple, Familiar Writing for Shared Documents

Most of our everyday document work is moving along without much fuss, and people are finding the familiar layout easy to understand once they are inside it. That helps.

Still, I am watching the time it takes to get everyone comfortable, because live editing and comments are useful only when the team knows how to work together in the same document, and I cannot assume that a small support group will all pick it up at the same pace; there is a bit of learning and agreement needed before it feels like a dependable choice for regular customer documents.

For the budget, it is a sensible middle ground so far, but I am not yet seeing enough simplicity to skip basic guidance and get every stakeholder on board.

Simpler Subscription Oversight

For a small team weighing the effort, this is useful because subscription handling is gathered into one place, and we are not taking on a separate backend to keep the basics working. The dashboard gives us a clearer view of products and purchase behaviour across mobile platforms, which helps when questions come in, though the setup still asks someone to understand the subscription flow before the rest of us can use it confidently; getting colleagues on board takes a bit of explaining, and I would want that training considered before committing more of the budget.

More guided setup would make it easier to bring everyone along.

Review of ServiceNow Customer Service Management

Changing our customer service routine

I like having customer cases and service work brought into one place, because our team can follow what needs attention without jumping between separate conversations all day. Getting comfortable with it still takes time; the wider workflow feels demanding, and I would need practical training before asking colleagues to rely on it during busy customer periods. That makes it harder to get everyone on board when we have to watch spending closely, though routing cases automatically could help us answer customers more consistently. Once people know the routine, it seems useful.

I would want the everyday steps to feel clearer for staff, so we can make a sensible decision about adopting a broader service setup without adding avoidable training burden.
