Review of Eldermark

Useful, with a catch

Operations are easier to keep together, which helps when I am reviewing the budget. Billing and receivables sit beside care and scheduling (a sensible arrangement).

That breadth is useful, but it makes the spend harder to assess when a community needs only a narrower workflow. We are still weighing whether the full operational scope fits daily work, because centralising everything sounds tidy until the budget has to cover it.

Family communication and service agreements add practical value. Support will matter if teams hit snags, and a broad system has to earn its keep there.
