Helpful view of local customer activity

For a small local business, this platform made customer and revenue activity easier to understand without bouncing between marketing, payments, and finance tools. The best part was having a clearer picture of what was working with repeat customers, not just a pile of disconnected reports. I still checked data permissions carefully, because, yeah, customer information is not something to be casual with. But as a day-to-day operating view, it helped a lot.
