The part I would watch is how quickly a small team can learn to set it up and keep everyone involved, since our day is already shaped by client paperwork and there is little room for a tool that needs repeated explaining; the review and referral approach makes sense, but people need a straightforward introduction before they will use it consistently, and I would want buy in from the staff who speak with customers before treating it as a normal part of service.

The workflow is more involved than I want for a busy office, and I find that the day can get bogged down when routine work moves between patient intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing, because each part asks staff to learn a different step before they can settle into a reliable rhythm, which makes training feel like a real commitment for a small team and makes it harder to get everyone comfortable using the same process without repeated reminders. Once the routine is in place, having practice management and EHR work together, with automation across patient relationships, revenue cycle, and compliance, does give the office useful structure.
I can see the value in having scheduling through financial reporting under one system, and the ONC certification matters for confidence, but the setup still needs clear training and enough agreement from the people doing the work, or the convenience is harder to realise in a consistent way for everyone.
