Review of PersistIQ
The volunteer partner follow up was easiest to organise as a cadence, with personalised emails and reminders sitting together instead of scattered across my notes. For a programme launch, I could add scheduled follow ups and call tasks, then use email tracking and campaign analytics to see whether the sequence was getting attention, with CRM integrations available in the same workflow, letting a sequence extend past one email.
The workflow stays manageable after the cadence is built. I would like clearer notes on connection options before trusting it with more partner outreach.
Review of NICE CXone
NICE CXone feels like one of those tools where the boring admin work pays off quickly!!! Once routing, skills, IVR, and supervisor views are set up, the day feels less scattered. I like that voice and digital channels can sit under one operating model, because agents do not have to guess where the customer came from. The analytics side is also helpful for coaching, not just reporting after everything already went sideways. It is a big system, sure, but for a real contact center it feels worth the setup.
