Review of SecurePark
Term start visitor parking was the job on my desk, with support teams needing a clear way to manage arrivals across our education sites. SecurePark brought visitor management, access control and plate recognition into one cloud platform, so the implementation conversation stayed tied to the actual parking process instead of becoming another spreadsheet exercise. That helped. I appreciated it.
Getting the right people aligned on how visitor details, fixed LPR and handheld checks would fit together took more back and forth than I expected, and I wanted clearer guidance before asking busy campus colleagues to rely on the new process. Once we had worked through the setup, the unified view felt dependable and the combination of automated vehicle identification, enforcement and payment integrations made the parking operation easier to explain; I would keep it, with more patient implementation guidance.
Review of Breezeway
I like how Breezeway brings cleaning, maintenance, inspections and guest communication together, since those are the moving parts that make a rental ready for each arrival. That gives everyone a clearer shared view of what still needs doing each day. The mobile task management and property information seem useful for keeping jobs visible, while automated messaging could reduce repeated updates and help a team settle into a consistent routine across its properties. I would still want task ownership and permissions to feel straightforward during implementation, because unclear access can slow adoption; that is the point I would check carefully before asking a busy support team to rely on it day to day.
Access setup is the part I would want clarified before rollout.
