Review of Probooking
At month end, group sessions across zones need coordination. Automatic zone detection helps. Fewer checks. One to one bookings stay clear. Useful. I like that. Workshops fit the structure. Less chasing. Setup feels manageable once appointment types are set. Still, I want. A smoother first setup. Would help. For new users. On busy weeks.
When calendars span regions, automatic zone detection keeps planning moving along. Group sessions and one to one appointments both fit.
Implementation takes some thought. I would like clearer permission guidance. That would ease rollout. The scheduling feels dependable. I'm glad we chose it.
Review of Lola
It keeps cards, travel, and expenses in one place for finance. Budget to actual visibility is helping me check spend without chasing traditional expense reports.
Implementation is where I pause. I need budget setup and workflows to be clear early, since the buying case gets weaker if implementation feels like work we have to keep correcting.
Still, having budgets, card spending, reimbursements, bill payments, and travel booking together is making the day to day easier to follow, and the support inside the app for card issues or travel changes gives me some comfort as we get the routines in place.
