Review of BambooHR
I like that BambooHR makes employee stuff feel less like a hunt through folders. recruiting, onboarding, time off, records, and performance notes sit close enough together that managers actually use it.
The best part is adoption, honestly, because the screens feel friendly and people do not need a lecture every time they update something, which sounds minor but saves everyone from HR ping-pong too.
